Welcome to Green Valley Bible Camp!

Green Valley Bible Camp (GVBC) is a youth Bible camp near Rogers, Arkansas, directed by faithful members of the Church of Christ. Our Statement of Faith. We are a non-profit organization funded through sponsoring Churches of Christ, individuals, and other donations. We provide day camp sessions for children who have completed first grade through age 11 and overnight camp sessions for children ages 11 by October 1 through high school graduation. As long as age requirements are met, we accept any child regardless of ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, physical appearance, religion or socio-economic background. We do not require any specific religious affiliation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to have a positive impact on the lives of young people in a setting that encourages them to get closer to God.

Our History

Several churches came together in 1965 to form an oasis for young people to help build relationships with God and each other. Since that time, the camp has grown in popularity and in numbers reaching upwards of 2000 kids each summer. Additional churches have recognized the great work not only for church attending youth but their friends as well and have stepped in to offer their support. The camp grounds have undergone several changes over the years and continue to improve with help from faithful camp goers and supporters.

Message from the Board

Green Valley Bible Camp has a long history—since 1965—of positive influence on scores and scores of young people.  The decisions we make as a Board are centered on ensuring that that influence continues for years to come.  Our aim is to provide a week filled with wholesome experiences—both spiritual and physical.  Each camp session is directed by a seasoned volunteer leader from congregations in Arkansas and Missouri that brings with him a dedicated group of counselors and volunteer workers.  Camp activities include Bible classes, devotions, singing, recreational activities, fellowship activities, personal quiet time, and of course a nightly worship service.  We hope you will choose the GVBC experience for your child(ren) and encourage other parents and/or guardians to do the same.  It’s likely to be a week they will never forget as described to us by many hundreds and hundreds of current and past attendees.  To all who have shared in this ministry—each and every one who has directed, counseled, volunteered, cooked meals, readied the facilities, processed paperwork, kept the website updated and the payment process functioning, given donations, reached out to kids in their community who otherwise would have no hope of attending camp, and many other contributors-- we will always be grateful.
Regards in Christ,
Green Valley Bible Camp Board of Directors
